The Standing Holy Synod of the Church of Greece shall meet from tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5, until Thursday, February 7.
The Holy Synod will deal with the issues on the agenda.
On Wednesday, on February 6, the Holy Monastery of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary of Penteli will commemorate Saint Photios the Great, Patriarch of Constantinople, who is also the protector of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece.
Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece will lead the Divine Liturgy, while Metropolitan Nikolaos of Mesogaia and Lavreotiki and Metropolitan David of Grevena, will participate in a joint celebration of the Divine Liturgy.
