With the presence of the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, the Online Christmas Event, organized by the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinoupolitans, will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 15.00 (Constantinople time).
The Rumvader Association for the Support of Greek Community Foundations and the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinoupolitans coordinate the first online meeting of Constantinoupolitan, Imbrian and Tenedian Associations from all continents, with the aim of co-celebrating Christmas and sending a message of hope and support to the whole world, which is being tested by the pandemic.
The celebration will begin with Christmas carols by young men and women, followed by the message of the Ecumenical Patriarch and greetings from the Associations. Then children will sing traditional songs and the evening will end with excerpts from the oratorio PRAYER of Pigi Lykoudis for the Birth of the Godman.
