The Holy Theological School of Halki was visited on Thursday, April 27, by a large group of clergy from the Holy Metropolis of Ioannina, along with their families and associates.
The visitors, who are in Constantinople due to the canonization of Saint Jeremiah, Patriarch of Constantinople, from Epirus, were received in the Great Synod of the School by the Abbot, Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, who welcomed them to the historic spiritual institution of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, referring both to its rich history and contribution to the Church, as well as to its current activity.
Afterwards, the visitors were guided around the Chapel of the Theological School, the classrooms, the library, and the other areas of the School.
