On Tuesday, 15 August 2023, in the Chapel of the Theological School, the festive Orthros and Hierarchical Divine Liturgy took place, on the occasion of the feast of the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God, the Theotokos, and was presided over by the Abbot of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos.
Large groups of pilgrims from various regions of Greece as well as many faithful from the Princes’ Islands and Constantinople attended the divine services for the feast day. After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, the Abbot, His Grace Bishop Kassianos offered spiritual words and spoke about the great feast day to the numerous pilgrims, praying that the grace of the Mother of God would accompany them all, every day of their life.
