Today, on Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Theological School of Halki warmly welcomed a group of fifty pilgrims from the “Megas Vassilios” Orthodox Association – Students of Patras.
Led by Professor Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, the pilgrims were greeted at the Great Synodikon of the School with profound spiritual care. Bishop Kassianos not only extended his warm welcome but also delved into the rich history of the Theological School, enlightening the pilgrims with its significance.
Following the insightful address, the pilgrims headed to a guided tour of the school, exploring its sacred spaces such as the chapel of the Holy Trinity, the historic classrooms, and the Library. It was a journey imbued with reverence and reflection, offering a deeper understanding of the school’s profound spiritual and educational legacy.
