Greek Interior Minister Niki Kerameos is visiting the United States and Canada to inform Greeks living there about the possibility of exercising their right to vote in the upcoming European elections by absentee ballot.
The Minister’s itinerary includes visits to cities with a dynamic presence of Greek expatriates: Boston, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Montreal, and Toronto.
In addition to attending briefings, Ms. Kerameos will meet with Ambassadors and Consuls General, as well as representatives and members of the Greek community. She will also have official meetings with Archbishop Elpidophoros of America and Metropolitans Gerasimos of San Francisco and Methodios of Boston.
She will also speak at Harvard Law School and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
She will also be in Montreal, Canada for the celebration of the national anniversary on March 25, and will represent our country at the corresponding events in Boston and Los Angeles.
