Pupils of the 6th grade of the 91st Elementary School of Athens visited this morning Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece.
The pupils, accompanied by the School’s teachers and priests of the parish of Saint Artemios, visited the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens and right after the Archbishop, in order to receive his prayer and ask for his parental advice.
They also thanked the Archbishop for the charity and social work of the Church, as well as for the support of the NGO “Apostoli” and the parish of Saint Artemios, who help and stand by the school by offering material support to children in need.
The Archbishop expressed his excitement and joy for the children’s visit and advised them to love themselves, to read, to love and respect their parents and teachers, and called them to join Church in its activities.
The pupils offered the Archbishop three paintings, while the Archbishop distributed to the children and the teachers little crosses as a blessing.
