A vigil service in front of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross from the Holy Sepulcher was held on Tuesday evening, September 10, at the Church of Saints Constantine and Helen in Trikala.
Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Trikki and Stagoi presided over the Vigil service accompanied by clergymen of the Holy Metropolis.
Metropolitan Kyriakos of Nazareth was prayerfully attending in the altar, who had brought the Precious Cross from Jerusalem.
Hundreds of faithful went to the temple to participate in the vigil service and to pay their respects to the Precious Cross.
After the vigil service, the Metropolitan of Trikki wished that the power and grace of the Life-Giving Cross would give strength to them and their families.
