The Metropolis of Trikki took immediate measures in accordance with the guidelines concerning the coronavirus pandemic.
According to trikalavoice.gr, Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Trikki and Stagoi informs the faithful in an extraordinary encyclical that all scheduled church and parish activities will be suspended, while the Rejoicings of the Virgin Mary (Chairetismoi), the Liturgies, and the Vespers of Forgiveness will not be performed during the weeks of Great Lent.
However, the Sunday Divine Liturgies will be celebrated from 9 am to 10.30 am (but the Orthros will not be performed in accordance with the Typikon).
