A delegation of the Metropolis of Trikki and Stagoi travelled to the Phanar, led by Metropolitan Chrysostomos, who is currently on a pilgrimage visit to Constantinople.
On Tuesday, September 24, 2019, the pilgrims visited and paid their respects to the Saint Georgios’ Patriarchal Cathedral in the Phanar.
Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew welcomed Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Trikki and Stagoi and the pilgrims. The Ecumenical Patriarch gave his blessing, and thanked them for visiting Constantinople and for the respect and love for the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
