Three ordinations were held on November 3, 4, and 5 2023, following the wishes and blessings of Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa.
Fr. Konstantinos from the area of Zomba was ordained Deacon on Friday in St. Nektarios of Blantyre Church and Fr. Vasileios from Blantyre, Professor, was ordained Deacon on Saturday at the Church of the Holy Trinity in Blantyre.
On Sunday, he was ordained Presbyter at the Church of the Resurrection of the Lord in Blantyre.
Bishop Photios of Malawi, in his homily, stressed that there were three main characteristics that they should maintain; Firstly, humility. Secondly, obedience to the Church and thirdly, love for the Church.
