The Metropolitan officiated the Divine Liturgy on July 19 in the Church of Saint Nectarios in Kamaniola. The following day, he went to Fungurume and celebrated the sanctification ceremony for the foundation of the parish presbyterium and the renovation of the Church of the Saint Theologos.
On Sunday, Metropolitan Meletios officiated the Divine Liturgy in the Church of St. Nicholas in Kolwezi. During the Divine Liturgy he ordained the subdeacon Romanos and chose to be named Riginos.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy, Metropolitan Meletios attended the feast organized by the young people, and blessed them.
