On the afternoon of Sunday, November 26, 2023, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew attended the event organized by the Community of Neochori, in the Community Hall of the Church of Saint Nicholas, during which Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Myra spoke on the subject: “Saint Nicholas of Myra: A modern course of life and martyrdom from 1995 to the present”.
The Patriarch and those present were welcomed by the Supervisor of the Bosporus Region, Metropolitan Athenagoras of Kydonia, while after the speech, the Ecumenical Patriarch congratulated the Metropolitan of Myra and, among other things, praised him for everything he does in his ecclesiastical province.
The event was attended by Elder Apostolos of Derkoi and Andreas of Saranta Ekklisies, clergy, community leaders, and expatriates.
