The Metropolis of Piraeus received the Sacred Skull of Saint Barbara the Great Martyr from the Church of the Virgin Mary Episkepsis in Trikala on Tuesday.
Metropolitan Seraphim of Piraeus welcomed Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Triki and Stagi in the port of Piraeus.
The Holy Skull of Saint Barbara was placed at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Sts Constantine and Helen in Piraeus, where the Doxology was held, in order that the faithful can pay their respects.
The faithful can pay their respects to the Sacred Skull until 19:00, May 27.
