The memorial service for the late Archbishop of Athens, Christodoulos, who passed away twelve years ago, was held today at the First Cemetery of Athens.
Metropolitan Daniel of Kaisariani presided over the Divine Liturgy while Metropolitans Seraphim of Piraeus, Theologos of Serres, and Dorotheos of Syros, as well as clergymen, who were spiritual disciples of the blessed Archbishop, participated. Metropolitan Theoklitos of Vresthena and Bishop Agathangelos of Fanari also attended the memorial service.
