Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan made new provocative statements, challenging those who question the… power of his country.
The Turkish president sent a message to Greece to sit at the table of dialogue but on the terms he wants.
“We are determined to make them understand that Turkey will not abandon its sovereign rights,” said Erdogan as reported by tanea.gr citing Anadolu sources.
“They are using terrorist organizations as well as coup attempts. As they set political traps or impose sanctions, they tried and are trying to obstruct the progress of our country. So far they have not succeeded. “We are determined to make them understand that Turkey will not abandon its sovereign rights.”
He added: “To those who want to sit down to talk to us on equal terms and make fair deals, we open our doors and our soul. I address those who want to bring our country to its knees with threats, blackmail, hypocrisy, various tricks. We will continue to disappoint you, with God’s help and the support of our people, we will not stop until we bring victory after so much struggle that we have done so far.”
The Turkish president also stressed on the country’s economy that Turkey was strengthened through investment and became attractive for investors.
