The General Ecclesiastical Court of the Moscow Patriarchate has decided to ban two bishops from performing the services because of offenses they allegedly committed. Specifically, they are the former Bishop of Armavir and Labinsky, Ignatiy (Buzin), and the former Bishop of Kostomuksha and Kemsky, Ignatiy (Tarasov). Both had been removed from the administration of their dioceses since last May.
In particular, in 2015 Tarasov was blamed for a car accident in which the co-passenger was seriously injured in the spine. He even escaped arrest by the police for some time.
As for Bishop Ignatiy (Buzin), an obscene photo of a man who looks like him has been released on the internet, causing a lot of reactions.
