Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa sent a letter of congratulations to the new prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, today, on Monday, July 8.
The Patriarch of Alexandria congratulated PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis and wished him much success and strength in carrying out his new and demanding duties.

With feelings of particular honor, we are happy to communicate in order to offer you our congratulations on your election as Prime Minster of Greece.
We wish you every success in carrying out your demanding duties to deal with the problems of our homeland. May the wishes and blessings of your parents, the love and appreciation of your relatives and your numerous friends accompany your demanding duties and your position of responsibility.
