Without the presence of believers, from Saturday morning until November 30, all services and religious ceremonies will be held in the temples of the whole country, while the believers will be able to pray after the end of the Divine Liturgy, observing all the appropriate protection measures.
According to the Greek Government Gazette regarding the operation of churches in the gray areas, only funeral ceremonies will be held with the participation of the priests, members of the immediate family of the deceased and the people in charge of the burial, which will not exceed the total number of 9 people, strictly observing the preventive protection measures and instructions of the health authorities.
In addition, the authorities responsible for the operation and management of the cemeteries must comply with the protection measures and prevent the attendance of people who are not allowed to participate in the ceremony.
