At noon today, Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece met with the President of the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE), Lazaros Kyrizoglou. President Kyrizoglou was accompanied by KEDE members Theodoros Ampatzoglou and Elias Apostolopoulos, along with their associates. They visited the Archbishop to extend their best wishes on his name day and to discuss various issues of mutual interest.
In addition, the Civil Administrator of Mount Athos, Anastasios Mitsialis, paid a ceremonial visit to the Archbishop. He was accompanied by the Deputy Administrator, Aristos Kasmiroglou, and the former Administrator, Athanasios Martinos.
The meetings were marked by warm exchanges and discussions on topics of shared concern, highlighting the ongoing collaboration between the Church and Mount Athos.
