The Greek government is activating two additional measures from Monday, December 7, with the aim of curbing the COVID-19 pandemic.

In particular, those who are tested positive for COVID-19 during tests carried out at the country’s land borders will not be allowed to enter for reasons of public health protection.

Secondly, those who do not settle permanently in the monasteries of Mount Athos are no longer allowed to visit Mount Athos.
