The visitation and Funeral Service for the newly-departed Maximos, Former Metropolitan of Pittsburgh, will take place on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Saint Nicholas Cathedral in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Services will be broadcasted live from Saint Nicholas Cathedral by Orthodox Observer.
Particularly, on Friday, November 6 at 2:00 p.m. will be held the Reception of Metropolitan Maximos’s body at the Metropolis Cathedral by Metropolitan Savas, followed by a Trisagion Service and at 7:45 p.m. an Evening Trisagion Service will take place.
On Saturday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m. Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, assisted by Metropolitan Savas, as well as local hierarchs and clergy, will officiate the Funeral Service for Metropolitan Maximos.
