The President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou, in a tweet on the official site of the Greek presidency’s office (@PresidencyGR) on Tuesday expressed her horror over the terror attacks in Vienna and conveyed her condolences for the victims to her Austrian counterpart, Alexander Van der Bellen.
“Appalled by the terrorist attacks in #Vienna, I expressed to President @vanderbellen my condolences for the families of the victims and the Austrian people. Europe stands united in the fight against terrorism and will spare no effort to safeguard our values and ideals,” the president said in her tweet.
