Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia received the delegation of the Serbian Democratic Forum which consisted of the newly elected President of this oldest non-government organization of the Serbs in Croatia, Jelena Nestorovic, member of the Croatian Assembly Dragana Jeckov, Nikola Vukobratovic, Marina Stojnovic, Jovan Vlaovic and Emina Djurasevic at the Church community of Zagreb on July 16, 2021.
During the meeting, they discussed the future plans of the Serbian Democratic Forum, the work of the Katarina Brankovic High School in Zagreb, as well as current issues and developments in the Serbian community in Croatia.
Members of the Serbian Democratic Forum, who previously worked through the Youth Network of Serbs in Croatia, pointed out that they continuously successfully cooperated with the Patriarch while he chaired the Metropolitanate of Zagreb and Ljubljana.
The Patriarch wished the newly elected leadership of the Serbian Democratic Forum a lot of success in their future work and expressed readiness for help and cooperation.
