Patriarch Theofilos III of Jerusalem expressed his certainty that time will heal the wound in Ukraine, during a meeting with a delegation of the Church of Ukraine of the Patriarchate of Moscow, which was held yesterday.
Theophilos, referring to the Ukrainian issue, stressed that: “Here, we always pray that God will enlighten all those who are adequate and bear responsibility, in order to restore the unity of the Church.”
The Patriarch of Jerusalem was also convinced that “it is time to heal this wound, this trauma that has been created. Because we do not want either that schism”.
