An Official Delegation of the Church of Rome visits the Ecumenical Patriarchate in order to attend, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, the feast of the memory of St. Apostle Andrew the First-Called, founder of the Church of Constantinople.
Today, Tuesday, November 28, in the afternoon, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew received the Papal Delegation, headed by Cardinal Kurt Koch, President of the Pontifical Committee for the Promotion of Christian Unity, and its members, Archbishop Marek Solczynski, Nuncio of the Vatican in Turkey and Azerbaijan, Bishop Brian Farrell, Secretary of the Committee, and Fr. Andrea Palmieri, Deputy Secretary of the Committee.
