After the arson of the Reception and Identification Center of Moria that took place two weeks ago, migrants stayed temporarily in the church of Saint George and caused its total destruction.

As reported by protothema.gr the migrants had camped inside and outside the church and teared up many icons.

Empty water bottles and some mattresses have been left there as well as many garbage bags and tents.

The migrants left, as they finally entered the new refugee camp in Kara Tepe, Lesvos.
