Your All-Holiness Despot,
Today our Patriarch is celebrating, the Great Church is celebrating, the whole Greek Orthodox community is celebrating and this is a source of refreshing water and a shadow of a tree in the heat of this difficult period.
We all need the shadow of our Patriarch who protects us like a father, who, like another Moses, directs our steps, who protects and guards our faith. Our hearts are burning with the Patriarchal Liturgies at the Sumela Monastery! May God permit you to officiate this year and for many years, Your Holiness, at the Monastery of Our Lady to rejoice the souls of our ancestors.
We wholeheartedly wish Your All-Holiness health, strength and longevity. May God grant Your All-Holiness many years!
