“Regarding the fire, about the flesh, the Holy Spirit and the evil spirits that some have lit up for us, we will not make any comment, respecting fully relevant police investigations being conducted”, said Metropolitan of Morphou.
In his announcement he also notes that “those we thought were far away are now near. The prophetic words of the modern saints show us that the way to ward off evil and reduce evil in the world is through our personal repentance”.
A month ago, Metropolitan of Morphou, in his speech in Nicosia, made some statements about homosexuality. Specifically, he stated that each person’s preference seems to be related to the sexual behavior of the parents.
