Metropolitan Athenagoras of Belgium expressed his heartfelt wishes for the speedy recovery of Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Cyprus in a letter to the Primate of the Church of Cyprus.
The Metropolitan of Belgium assured Archbishop Chrysostomos that he prays for his health and stressed that the Archbishop is among the great benefactors of his humble Province, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
The Metropolitan of Belgium wished that God will contradict the earthly physicians and will give Archbishop Chrysostomos “unshakable health, longevity, and strength”.
