SYRIZA President, Alexis Tsipras, met on Friday with Archbishop Anastasios of Albania.
The Archbishop of Albania, according to SYRIZA, thanked Mr Tsipras for the support of Greece to his work, as well as for his efforts to promote Greek-Albanian relations on the basis of mutual respect.
From his part, the President of SYRIZA also thanked Archbishop Anastasios for their close cooperation for the past four and a half years and reiterated that he respects the Archbishop himself and his work.
Among the issues discussed in their meeting were the developments in the Balkans and especially in Albania.
