Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew welcomed the Oiknomos of the Ecumenical Throne, Vassilios Ioannidis, who paid his respects and asked the wish and blessing of the Ecumenical Patriarch for his name day.
He also welcomed the new Consul General of Brazil to Constantinople, Rigina mata Dunlop, together with the Deputy Consul, Taina Guimaraes Alvarenga.
In addition, he welcomed a retired employee of the Patriarchate, Vassilios Kyritsis, and his son who paid their respects and were given the wish and blessing for their name day.
Finally, Archimandrite of the Ecumenical Throne Eleftherios Aloukos represented the Ecumenical Patriarch during the funeral service of late Vassilios Kyropoulos, which was held on Friday, on the 18th of December 2020, at the Church of Saint Georgios of the Metropolis of Chalcedon.
