On Friday, February 9, 2024, on the Feast day of Saint Charalambos, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew presided over the Vespers service at the chapel dedicated to the saint, which houses Holy Water. This chapel is situated within the Patriarchal complex in the Phanar.
Earlier in the day, at noon, the Ecumenical Patriarch hosted a luncheon at the Monastery of the Holy Trinity in Stavrodromi for teachers and students of Diaspora schools. The event was held in memory of the Ecumenical Patriarch’s sister, Zacharo Anastasiadi, marking the one-year anniversary of her passing.
