Before the Dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, he congratulated the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Pointe-Noire, Miguel Olaverri, on his worthy promotion, expressing the fraternal sentiments of the local Orthodox Church, the Patriarchate of Alexandria and Patriarch Theodore.
