“We will fight and deal with those who bear malice towards the Church and religion,” said Archbishop Ieronymos during the meeting with the Board of Directors of the Theological Union.
The Archbishop welcomed the representatives of the Union of Theologians shortly before; during the meeting, the issue of the abolition of religious registration by the Personal Data Protection Authority came up.
“Can we say to a child at school that you cannot learn mathematics or Greek?” asked thoughtfully the Archbishop.
“Unfortunately”, he said, “some people look at the Church with malice, but we will fight and confront them”.
