In view of Easter, Metropolitan Ioannis of Langadas, Liti and Rentina distributed parcels with food and essential items to families with financial difficulties in Langadas.
The parcels were distributed in the central hall “Saint Cosmas of Aetolia” of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Agia Paraskevi in Langadas.
The Metropolitan thanked those who supported the charity work with their donations, either through the Social Market or through the work of the local parishes. He also thanked the people who are volunteers at the soup kitchens every day, and the monthly distribution of money, essential items, and food.
