Four new clerics were ordained at the Archdiocese of Canada.
Georgios Kontogiorgakis, 28, graduate of the Theological Academy, was tonsured a monk and received the name, Nikodimos.
Michael Christodimitropoulos, 39, first-year student of the Academy of Theology, was tonsured a monk and received the name, Benedict.
Thomas Sandberg, 35, married, fourth-year student of the Academy of Theology.
Konstantinos Tsiltas, 39, married, father of a child, is graduate of the Academy of Theology.
The Holy Archdiocese expressed its “delight in the consecration of these new clerics, who will have a promising future in the Orthodox Church of Canada.”
Archbishop Sotirios congratulated them and wishes them every success.
