Jubilees in honour of Father Justin: 125 years since his birth and 40 years since his repose, were celebrated by consecration of a three-altar church dedicated to Saint Sava, Saint Justin the Martyr and Saint Mary the Egyptian, erected according to a testament of Abba in Monastery of Celije, where he had served to God for three decades.
The rite of consecration and the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy was officiated by the hierarchs: Amfilohije of Montenegro and the Littoral, Marko of Berlin and Germany (Russian Church Abroad), Irinej of Backa, Pahomije of Vranje, Jovan of Sumadija, Teodosije of Raska-Prizren, David of Krusevac, Heruvim of Osek-Polje and Baranja, Isihije of Mohacs, retired Bishop Jovan of Nis, retired Atanasije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina and the host, Diocesan Bishop Milutin of Valjevo.
The hierarchs concelebrated with many priests and monks from many dioceses. Within the celebration in Celije, by which the celebration of 800 years of autocephaly of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the Diocese of Valjevo was crowned, many dignitaries were decorated by the new Order, that of Holy Father Justin.
In the evening preceding the celebration, on the feast day of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, Bishop Milutin gave a reception for his brothers hierarchs and other distinguished guests and faithful people in the Diocesan Palace in Valjevo.
