A seminar titled “The next day in Syria: A path towards the resilience of Syrian people” will be held at the European Parliament on 3 April 2019 from 16:30-18:30 hours in Brussels.
The event is organized together by CEC, Commission of the Bishops’ Conferences of the European Union, Committee of Representatives of Orthodox Churches to the European Union and European People’s Party group in the European Parliament.
The seminar will discuss the current situation of people in Syria and possible, viable and legally endorsable solutions to promote the future normalization of the lives of Syrians, CEC reports.
The two sessions at the seminar will address the themes: humanitarian aid for all and reconstruction and resilience for Syria.
