Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos presided over the Orthros and the Divine Liturgy today, Saturday of Souls, March 9, 2024, in the chapel of the School. Following the Divine Liturgy, the memorial service for the repose of the departed Orthodox Christians was performed. Subsequently, the Abbot performed a trisagion service at the church cemetery of the School for the repose of the founders, ephors, scholars, teachers and alumni, as well as the Patriarchs buried there.
Later, the Abbot warmly greeted a group of forty teachers and students from the 1st General Lyceum of Florina at the Church of the Holy Trinity. He extended a heartfelt welcome to the Theological School, elaborating on its rich history and significant contributions to both the Church and the Nation. Teachers and students were then guided through the classrooms, the Synodikon, and the historical Library of the School.
