On Saturday, April 6, 2024, Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem welcomed a group of 400 individuals, predominantly comprising young people but also including middle-aged and elderly members, hailing from communities of the Patriarchate of Jerusalem in the Upper Galilee region. They were led by the esteemed priest of Kufr Yassif, Fr. Farah Farah.
They expressed gratitude to the Patriarch for his support and sought his blessing for the upcoming celebrations of the Feast of the Annunciation and the Veneration of the Holy Cross, as well as for their planned visit to the Church of the Resurrection, the Holy Sepulchre, and the Calvary.
The Patriarch bestowed his blessing upon them and extended his wishes for the remainder of Holy and Great Lent to be filled with health, humility, and virtue. He distributed copies of the New Testament in Arabic to the group.
