On the second Sunday of Christmas fasting, on the Feast of Saint Clement of Rome, Patriarch Irinej of Serbia officiated at the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the Ascension Church in Zarkovo. The Patriarch concelebrated with many local priests.
The Holy Liturgy was attended by many people and also by representatives of the City Municipality Cukarica headed by President of the Municipality Srdjan Nikolic with his pupils from schools “Miroslav Antic” in Bela Voda and “Milos Crnjanski” in Zarkovo.
During the Liturgy Patriarch ordained Milanko Kostic a reader, and after that he ordained him a deacon.
