Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the church of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Mark in Tasmajdan, on May 8, 2021.
After the liturgy around the church and the consecration of the slava offerings, Patriarch Porfirije delivered a sermon on the Holy Evangelist Mark, in which he emphasized the importance of the holy tradition of the Church that we should follow in order to build evangelical virtues in ourselves.
Patriarch Porfirije was concelebrated by the head of the Representation of the Moscow Patriarchate in Belgrade, Archpriest Vasily Tarasyev, archimandrite Danilo (Ljubotinja), protopresbyter-staurophor Radic Radicevic, archpriest Sava Petrovic, hieromonk Sava (Bundalo), priest Miodrag Ristic, deacons Radomir Vrucinic, Vladimir Rumenic, and Nikola Kostic, as well as subdeacons Vladimir Jelic and Njegos Stikic.
