Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem wished Patriarch Kirill of Moscow for his birthday.
In his letter, Patriarch Theophilos expresses his regret that the conditions in the area do not allow him to visit Moscow and wish to Kirill in person.
He once again referred to the situation between Russia and Ukraine, expressing regret and reaffirming his willingness to “uphold in every possible way the journey of reconciliation that we started in Amman”.
