On October 13-15, 2023, Metropolitan Savas of Pittsburgh visited the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Lorain, Ohio, in honor of their Centennial Celebration Weekend.
The Parish of Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church commemorates 100 years of faith and community. A journey beginning in 1923, Greek and Greek-American ancestors established a groundwork of embracing culture, tradition, and worship in Lorain County. The parish continues to celebrate its heritage centered around the cornerstone of its church and fellowship.
