Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias met with the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Abul Gheit, in Cairo.
The meeting focused on the deepening of Greece’s strong ties with the Arab world and the recent developments in the wider region, according to a relevant post by the Foreign Ministry on Twitter.
Dendias will also meet with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry.
He will then travel to Cyprus, where he will meet with his Cypriot counterpart Nikos Christodoulides.

The meeting focused on the multifaceted warm relations between Greece and Egypt, as well as the recent regional developments, following the positive impact of the Philia Forum on advancing regional stability and cooperation, according to a relevant post of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Twitter.
