At the end of Great Vespers, the Ecumenical Patriarch performed a trisagion service in memory of the Teacher of the Nation, Bartholomew Koutloumousianos of Imbros (1772 – 1851), whose name he bears.
It is recalled that, due to the extraordinary circumstances, the Ecumenical Patriarch will not celebrate, as every year. Tomorrow, on his name day, he will perform the Divine Liturgy, supported by clergymen of the Patriarchal Court.
