Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew attended the virtual Christmas celebration of the international associations of Constantinople, Imbros and Tenedos on Saturday, December 19, 2020.
The Rumvader Association for the Support of Greek Community Foundations and the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinopolitans coordinated the first online meeting of Constantinopolitan, Imbrian and Tenedian associations all over the world with the aim of celebrating Christmas together and sending a message of hope and support to the world which is being tested by the pandemic.
The program included carols sung by children and young people, with the young people of Imbros first singing the traditional carols, a message from the Ecumenical Patriarch, greetings from representatives of the associations, traditional songs and many other things.
