In a special event held in Koukaki, Attica Regional Governor Candidate Giorgos Patoulis discussed with the priests of the Archdiocese of Athens about the possibilities of strengthening and widening the cooperation with the Church for the benefit of citizens and local communities.
At the event hosted by Father Seraphim from the Church of Saint Konstantinos in Omonoia , and Father Nikolaos from the Church of Saint Emilianos in Sepolia candidate for Mayor of Athens Kostas Bakoyannis was also present.
Giorgos Patoulis stressed that it was a priority to invest in the development of Culture, Sport and Education Centers in the parishes in cooperation with the Region. He added that he would provide all possible support in the social work of our church. I will be by your side as a provider of aid and support to the excellent clerics who are working to provide every possible help to our fellow humans in need.”
