Archbishop Makarios of Australia had the honor of hosting the Brotherhood of the Holy Monastery of Panagia Pantanassa from Mangrove, New South Wales, at the headquarters of the Holy Archdiocese in Sydney on Tuesday, March 26.
Led by their Abbot, Archimandrite Fr. Eusebius, and Elder Stephanos Pantanasiotis, the Brotherhood paid a respectful visit to Archbishop Makarios, seeking his blessings for the remainder of the Holy and Great Lent.
During their meeting, discussions centered around mutual concerns related to the operations of the Holy Monastery of Panagia Pantanassa and broader matters concerning the local Church. Of particular focus was the forthcoming visit of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew scheduled for October, with preparations for this significant event being a key point of deliberation.
